The lumber used to make their kitchen carts are purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All waste is converted into wood pellet fuel and used to heat homes, giving Catskill Craftsmen every right to say their eco-friendly kitchen carts and islands generate no wood waste.
