I am overall very happy with the bar stools. The only problem or concern I have with them is the cross pieces on the legs for bracing do not match in each chair. They are angled differently, which makes them look like they don't match.

I was afraid to buy this online. I didn't want a wimpy, wobbly barstool. But these are perfect in weight and sturdiness. Highly recommend these barstools. And they come with easy-to-assemble instructions and a tool.

This is a very good buy -- nice, sleek design; solid construction; reasonable price. It arrives in pieces with tools, screws, and instructions, and is not difficult to assemble. The only downside is [...]two very minor, very shallow scratches on the surface. However, because the one I ordered is dark wood, I was able to use a black marker to fill in and disguise these tiny scratches. At first glance, you can't see them at all. All things considered, I'd buy this again without hesitation.

I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The directions were not too clear (a little too simplistic) but I finally got them together. Also, it had not indicated in the product description that assembly was required. But they do look very nice and I have gotten many compliments on them.
