This item was even better than expected....that's rare for an item ordered online and not seen in person! I'm a very short person and with the help of caring staff, I was able to easily remove the casters myself (save for possible use later) and add padded floor protectors so that I could lower the whole unit by three inches....PERFECTION! It's still stable and still easy to open and close. I love it opened and I love it stored--behind my door! They even went over the colors with me on the phone to help with my final choice. The stain is so beautifully even and everything about it is quality.

Heavy, but packed with care and the extra care meant it arrived in perfect condition....a great relief with such a large item. This company has such friendly, thorough customer service. They must take very good care of these employees who take such pride in their product too. What a pleasure. A product I'll use in my small kitchen & small house for decades.

Easily moved to where we are working and holds the most commonly used kitchen tools, paper towels, etc. It's only draw back occurs when it's in-the-way of a drawer from which we need a further utensil/pan/foodstuff. It is a huge benefit and guests often ask where to get one.

I use this cart for work. As a matter of fact, I liked this cart so well after buying one, I bought four more to use at different physician offices. This cart has more durability than any "office" cart I have ever worked with up to this point. It also stores well when not in use.

We actually use this product in our small retail store to fold shirts on. It works so well and the best part is that it folds up and can be stored away. It's so great I'm thinking of buying one for my kitchen at home!
