The granite counter-top is strong, attractive and adequately sized. The cabinet finish is attractive.
The wood enclosure is too short and not deep enough. The drawers are tiny and the storage space is almost worthless. Nothing reasonable can be stored inside. The drawers have enough clearance in all dimensions that they could be sized almost twice as large, but that is not the case.
Wheel installation is optional, however without these large unsightly wheels, the cabinet is too short. The wheels should have a hidden, recessed mounting, not the prominent corner mounting required.
Two wood parts were incorrectly cut, requiring free replacement parts to be shipped from the manufacturer.
In all, this product is an expensive disappointment.

This arrived in two packages that were packed securely so as not to damage the granite top or the wood surfaces. My husband & I assembled it in a few hours, but it was worth it! The company was fast in getting it to us. The price was well worth it. I would buy another product from here.
