THIS ISLAND WAS SHIPPED AS PROMISED IN GOOD CONDITION, NOTHING MISSING OR BROKEN. EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, I JUST LOVE ALL THE STORAGE, WISH THE DRAWERS WERE LONGER FOR KNIVES. IT IS VERY DURABLE .
MATCHES MY KITCHEN TOO. I REALLY RECOMEND THIS ISLAND TO ANYONE.

This island fits great into my medium sized kitchen. Be aware that it is quite narrow but long enough to provide good workspace. It looks great, better than the picture.The quality is very sturdy. They don't show a picture of the back side, it is pretty though, it's a three sectioned paneled look going left to right. My house is transitional in decor, but this would look great anywhere. If you have small children be aware the the drawers can be pulled all the way out pretty easily (my 14 month old can do it).
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was a breeze. I ordered the island on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived the same week on Friday afternoon via FedEx. Two big strong FedEx Guys brought it right into my house for me.There was no damage to any parts of the island. The base is in one box, the granite in another. The granite top is in a crate within a cardboard box. The island has no pre assembled parts, so have an electric drill or screwdriver available for quicker assembly (and to remove the top from the crate), otherwise it will take awhile.
